Several Twitter accounts posing as news outlet the Associated Press are posting false election results. One account, @APMyWrist, even attempted to falsify its blue verified check mark. Airbnb has canceled the booking of a self-proclaimed member of the Proud Boys hate group headed to a rally to protest the 2020 election results. Airbnb has said it will cancel the reservations of any guests associated with hate groups. Democrat Warnock wins Georgia Senate seat; Democrat Ossoff’s campaign confident of victory in too-close-to-call race

The Georgia special election is an epic nail biter. In the wee hours of Wednesday morning, Rev. Raphael Warnock declared victory in Tuesday’s special election for one of two Georgia Senate seats, ousting incumbent Republican Kelly Loeffler. As of 3am E.T., with less than 2% of votes remaining to be counted, Warnock led by a margin of 46,000 votes, or roughly 1%.
